Keep what works.
Planned connections would read availability and record confirmed reservations in your existing system. Compatibility needs to be confirmed before setup.

THE GUEST EXPERIENCE
Ask Mia in your own words, or explore the guided examples. Try an arrival question, parking or something reception needs to check.
The Bloomsbury Rooms · Sample hotel
Hi, I’m Mia, your AI concierge. What would make your stay a little easier?
ON YOUR SIDE OF THE DESK
A guest asks about breakfast in a specific rate. The concierge doesn’t have that detail, so your team gets the question and its context. No guessing. No starting again.
“I’m looking at a room for two, 12–15 March. Does that include breakfast?”
Rate-specific information isn’t available. Check your booking system before replying.

AUTOMATION, WITH YOUR TEAM IN CONTROL
From the first arrival question to the final follow-up. Choose a moment, change the conditions and see what the hotel would do next.

This preview shows the planned action, who owns it and where automation should stop.
Interactive workflow concept. Nothing is sent, scheduled or saved. These automations are not connected to the live concierge.
BUILT AROUND YOUR PROPERTY
We’re developing two ways to operate. Both are in development; this preview does not connect to a live hotel system.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
If you already have a booking or property management system, the planned concierge connects to it, reads availability and writes confirmed bookings back. If you do not, the planned Operations Hub provides the booking calendar and guest operations. These connections are in development and are not demonstrated in this preview.
It passes the question to your team. In the existing prototype, guest-facing answers use approved hotel wording or deterministic arrival rules. It does not invent a policy, a price or a promise.
Yes, the website and sample experience are available in both languages. This preview uses sample translations. Hotel-specific language support needs separate testing and approval.
That is the core product we are building: voice and chat on your website and phone line, live room and service availability, direct reservations and confirmed records. The AI chat supports typed questions, microphone recordings and optional spoken replies when connected. It cannot answer your hotel’s phone line or make reservations in this preview.
Pilot pricing has not been set. We intend to validate a flat subscription with hotel operators. This preview asks for no payment and does not start a subscription.
